Climate Commitments
We firmly believe we must find the best ways to keep the lights on using the resources we have today, while planning for net-zero energy supply and consumption, which will be a central part of our future low-carbon economy.
Specifically, through BGN-related businesses, we are committed to:
- Reducing our Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 40% by 2030
- Operating in full compliance with international maritime regulations, including the IMO 2030 decarbonization goals
- Strengthening ESG integration across all BGN functions
